First Rambling For The Year

I begin the New Year with a new level of busy-ness, preparing training materials, conducting training, attending training, do the necessary paperwork and other stuff. I have to conduct whole day training today and yesterday, and at the rate I'm going, I will either have to buy the electronic foot massager or go and have foot massage on a weekly basis. I really can’t describe how painful it is. I visualize foot reflexology or walking on the sand and pebbles at the beach as treatment for the sole of my feet. A good massage is also required behind my knee, calf and ankle. I’m too tired to massage my own feet and the only massager I have is the feet roller massager that I bought for RM5. Sigh!

When I’m conducting training, I can’t help but walk around while explaining things. I can’t stand on one spot or stay behind a rostrum or desk. And when the participants are trying out the new system, I will be walking around answering queries and showing them how to do the exercises. Luckily for this weekend training, 3 trainers are assisting me or I would be more ‘flat’. Looking at the positive side, my body should have been burning hundreds of calories for the past two days but on the long term, I don’t think this is good for my health since our feet has to support our whole body weight, not to mention all the nerves running through them.

I’ll be working tomorrow. That means no weekend for me. I think I’ll take my replacement leave during CNY period so I can have a long holiday. Really can’t wait for the end of the month.
