Samantha Brown Malaysian Show

I watched Samantha Brown's Malaysian visit last night. Whoever selected the destination for the show, did such a lousy, appalling job. Jit Murad's introduction to the KL name was OK. And then the club who drank beer poured into their shoe, running around town in dalmatian printed tee, was just a single eccentric group that I have never even met and seen around the city. Really??!! You can show Petaling Street, Jalan TAR, Jalan Masjid India, KL Tower, Batu Caves to name a few location in Klang Valley, and they chose one lucky unknown group with a crazy activity. The Penang turtle sanctuary who released 3 baby turtles into the sea. Three??? I'm sure other similar sanctuaries in the East Coast can give you a better experience. Overall on the Penang part, just average. I've seen shows that managed to capture the essence of Penang people, food, culture and beauty in a much better way.

You want to see Malaysian people Sam, its not in the remote indigenous village who make up how many percent of the population? I have nothing against the Semai people. For a show with international reach, I prefer other beautiful destinations we have. There's the highlands; Belum-Temenggor, Taman Negara or Kenyir Lake for the indigenous people, jungle and lakes; East Coast with unique culture; historical Melaka; caves; our beautiful islands like Langkawi, Perhentian, Kapas, Redang and Tioman. So many destinations and that's the best they can come up with?  Sam, you really have been shortchanged in your Malaysian visit.

Kitchen Tips

I'm no Martha Stewart but here are two tips that I'm using in the kitchen.

1. Two nights ago either Cik T or Cik Cen (the ratatouille family if you're wondering) trespassed our garbage basket before I had chance to take it out. It's attracted to the grilled fish leftovers. Hubby's not around. Since my knight with a broom wasn't around, I make noises, switched on the lights and throw some crumpled paper into the garbage basket and something furry and black, not as big as our ratatouille encounter few years ago, quickly scrambled away to somewhere under a cabinet. I'm not going to chase after it. It will leave the way it came if there's nothing interesting in the garbage basket for few days. I hit the garbage basket with a long wooden spatula few times to ensure nothing is hiding in the basket before quickly bringing it out into the garbage bin. Since then, I decided to keep seafood, fish, chicken leftovers in a small plastic bag and in a plastic container in the freezer till it's time to throw the garbage out. I'm not tempting any Cik T or Cik Cen into the house again.

2. The new fridge didn't require defrosting like the old refrigerator. That can be a good thing but not really for us who experience power outage frequently when there's thunderstorm and lightning in our area. When power's out, the fridge will quickly becomes hot and spoiling the food. The old fridge with layers of ice in it, would hold out a little bit longer being cooler until all the ice melts. We'll be away soon for 2 days 1 night, returning home late at night. I'm making ice in several plastic containers hoping it'll maintain cool for a while longer just in case any power outage happens.

So that're my two kitchen tips for now.

Why Do You Travel?

I love travel channel. There's the 707 on Astro and 621 on HyppTV. It's a good non-stressful show to watch while I'm doing work or just relaxing. There are those travelling for good food, bizarre food, coffee beans, booze, the extreme challenges, mega roller coasters, luxury, spice trail, beaches, diving, cruises, fishing and probably many others I can't even imagine people want to do.

We have limited resources. It could be time, it could be money. So when we have the opportunity to travel - unless you're the lucky ones who are doing travel shows, we better narrow down our interest for unforgettable, memorable experience. I once met a tourist on a trail in Taman Negara who is cursing and swearing because she hates trekking in hot humid weather. She probably returned home with not so good stories about her travel. While travelling can be a good eye-opening experience to other cultures and different way of living, I'd like to knock off items on my bucket list as well.

I love the beaches. But I don't fancy lying around on the sand getting baked under the sun for the whole day, let alone days. My beach holiday must include activities like trekking or bicycling, snorkeling or diving or island hopping, caving or whatever's possible at the particular location. Therefore, no point going to beaches without any activities I'd be miserable.

I don't really like shopping unless it is for something that I really couldn't get here in KL. Museum or sightseeing, can be part of the holiday but NOT if it is the only agenda in the itineraries.

Here are some activities that I would love to do on holiday.

Helicopter ride - anywhere with amazing views
Hot air balloon - also can be anywhere with amazing views.
Sky diving
Waterfall abseiling
Whitewater rafting
There's also experiencing hamam in Turkey, elephant ride in Chiang Mai, rafting in Yangshuo, Nile cruise, jumping from Auckland tower and a few others which I'll add to my list later.

If I did some research on my TripAdvisor app, I'd jump straight into Things To Do. If it doesn't look interesting, no way I'd go no matter how low the air fare promotion is. I hope I can still do stuff when I'm old and having more fragile bones. What can I say. I don't really fancy milk. So why do you travel? You better think about it and have a more interesting travel experience and memories.

Saturday Mood

I don't feel really perky today. Feeling quite lethargic and experiencing headache now. Not so sure what's causing it. However, managed to clean up my room, sweep and change bed linen, fold clothes, 2 rounds of laundry and make tomyam seafood for dinner. Yesterday's dinner leftovers was for breakfast, bread for lunch, nuts and bread for afternoon snack and vermicelli tomyam for early dinner.

I was also feeling quite overwhelmed with some unfinished task. There's the material that I need to prepare for a long overdue project, new material requested for an unconfirmed training and I need to be mentally prepared for a new 4-days training in 2-weeks time. Materials are ready, just my final preparation. I shouldn't feel overwhelmed but I just do. Maybe I'm thinking of my research proposal currently with second reader, income tax filing, election (macam lah kita yang bertanding), the unexpected holiday soon (ter-holiday pulak... tak sengaja. hehehe... ), the planned holiday after my 4-days training and I also better use my book voucher before going to end-of-month holiday (next month). Rugi lah kalau expired kan.

Last Monday I had a grueling swimming lesson. I've been learning with a female instructor. A member of my  school alumni. It so happened we bumped into her younger brother at the swimming pool and he's more experienced in teaching not to mention a background from sports school. I must have accidentally drank cups of water from the pool. Yuckkyyy... cough! cough! And with coughing comes heavy chest and difficulty breathing. Not wheezing yet though. Nak mati rasanya tapi sebab hujan selebat2nya pun redah juga nak belajar swimming punya pasal, ku gagahi jua buat semua task. On my 3rd session, I felt OK. 4th session felt clumsy again. Not sure whether there'll be class next Monday as my female instructor would be busy with her wedding preparation.

I'm feeling hungry now. I drank lemon tea earlier. The lemon must have caused stomach juice to process food faster and I'm hungry again. Duh! Camana nak diet nih!!?? Must get oats and low fat milk for healthier breakfast, couscous for rice alternatives and tiba-tiba terasa nak buat nasi mandy. Beef will do as there's no lamb. Must be because I'm hungry right now.

In between all the above feelings, I glanced longingly at my new sewing machine thinking when can I sit down quietly, feeling relaxed and doing the projects I've been thinking of. Since I saw some re-purposing ideas on jeans, I've been thinking of so many things I can do with some of my old clothes. Sabar... sabar... Let's eat something so I can sleep peacefully tonight.

What's For Dinner?

My initial thoughts - why don't I skip dinner.
My rational thoughts - I might get hungry later at night which forces me to eat something late at night and that wouldn't be good for digestion as well as my weight.

So I'm thinking of eating just veges but the thought of munching just the long beans didn't appeal to me. So half pot of rice goes into the rice cooker and gets cooked. Next, what's easy that I can take from freezer and cook? Ikan selar gets the vote so a quick wash, salt and turmeric powder and onto the AreIkan periuk ajaib.  It's easy to cook fish with the pan. There's two version. The thinner one is pemanggang ajaib. The deeper one is periuk ajaib. I thought bigger is better when I choose between the two pans but now I thought the thinner one would be better as it would hold small fish. How often am I going to roast a big fat hen on that pan that makes me purchase the bigger one? Duh! Anyway, the fish cooks by itself as I watch TV and I almost forgot about it. Dried roasted fish on the menu. Sigh! Next, I need some gravy. The thought of cili padi and soy sauce didn't tempt me this time. I googled for some chilli recipe and decided the healthier choice would be asam rebus. I have brinjal / eggplant / aubergine... whatever you decide to call it. So that went into the pot with asam rebus. Wallah... a healthier recipe tonight.

What brings this recipe? My ever increasing weight! Huwaaaaa......

I need to use the confinement menu again to ensure the weight didn't continue increasing! What's different this past few weeks that has been causing weight gain? I thought I use coconut milk more in cooking. I've started taking soy bean drinks to regulate my hormones (the pharmacist where I normally get my medicine supply told me) and drinking Yakult for the prebiotic benefit. Probably all that and a few others that I didn't realize is contributing to my weight gain. Oh not to mention the numerous failed attempt to perform yoga daily, as well as some light exercise.

The 1 liter soy bean drink is marked as less sugar. Do you know how much sugar it contained? 20 grams of sugar (bold and flashing red)!!! How much is 20 grams? If you drink tea or coffe in hotels they would provide you with sugar sachets right! Use 4 of that sachet. Do you ever use 4 of that sachet in your drinks? I certainly DON'T. So why does a less sugar soy bean drink needs 20 grams of sugar in it beats me. I'm changing brands. Slightly less that 20 grams and not marked with less sugar. I should probably go for sugar free soy bean. I've tried it before. It tastes yucky but maybe URGENTLY required to combat the weight issues and continue regulating hormones.

I have NR Tea from previous confinement. Should probably take that again too. You know... with too many supplements sometimes I'm at a loss as whether I should take all and it won't interact negatively with one another. Anyway, today 26 April 2013 marks another attempt at losing weight.

Muslimah Traveller

Many sites I visited on travelling products or stories are not for Muslimah travellers. For example, packing light is easier for non-Muslim women who wear bikini, even a one-piece, tights, shorts, tube and other skimpy outfit.  They can fit more in their luggage. A Muslimah traveller would require to bring bigger and longer clothings. Long pants (must not be skin tight), long sleeve blouses or t shirt, Muslimah swimwear / burqini, and telekung if the outfit is not solat compliant.

The only area I find we can break-even is when it comes to hair. Some women must carry tons of hair products even while travelling. A Muslim women who wears a head cover need not worry about all those. The right shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer or air dry if in tropics area, and change of tudung. Of course we can't compete with the ladies who didn't bother about hair products and make up. They carry less items. Make up is a personal choice. Some choose none, some simple and some might need the whole beauty regime. I choose simple.

New Toy LS 2160

Say hello to my new sewing machine. I used my mom's classic Singer sewing machine long time ago. I don't have patience to deal with intricate details, step by step methods and the nitty gritty matters of handling the machine or sewing clothes. BUT... I hope with this new toy I'll be able to mend clothes, sew pillow cases and simple things that I wish I could do.

Date purchase: 23042013.
Success story: 2 kain batik and 1 small pillow case.
Failure: Masukkan sekoci and tarik benang ke atas selalu fail; benang bergulung2, benang longgar, can't view dvd provided.
Notes: Manufacturers must put their videos and tutorials online now because PC, iPad and Tab don't have dvd player.

In flight thoughts

Written yesterday...

After packing and repacking, I finally decided to use my red luggage for training materials and favorite carry-on for clothes. Used my weighing scale annddd... ngam ngam 15kg. Phewww... so that will be checked in.

Flight was quite turbulent during take-off and landing. My homestay owner is very helpful. So is the PIC of training. Great participants too. Quite a huge turnout. 44 out of 48. I made good decision to choose homestay nearer to training location than staying in hotels further away.

In return flight now. We can't take off yet because the pilot said they receive news there's traffic jam in LCCT. We may have to wait for 15 minutes before take-off. My red luggage can fit everything but it weighs 10kg++. Thank God for foldable bag.

I'm carrying my handbag, a souvenir bag from client with wrapped souvenir inside which can also fit my 10" laptop. I take out all papers and training stuff from red luggage and put it into foldable bag. So everything worked out OK.

15 minutes has passed by now and we're still not airborne. Not moving 1 inch from earlier position. The aircraft crew already offered drinks purchase from their drink cart. Currently selling their merchandise on 50% discount. I'm so hungry by now. Can't wait for my pre-order meals.

[At 9:50pm]

Finally taking off at 10:10pm. Smooth take off followed by shaky ride so pre-booked meals are distributed quite late. I can't eat because we're already descending though the flight captain just informed that we have to remain airborne for a while due to air traffic. Very cheerful sounding captain, informative with clear voice and apologetic as well. Lapar nyer...

I arrived early at the airport but went for prayer, take a nap, prayer again and then wait at departure. Didn't occur to me I might need some snacks. Lapar nyer... lapar nyer... Oppss... let's focus on something else. Smoother ride now. Landing time...

[At 10.55pm]

Packing for Working Trips

What do you pack for your outstation working trip? I would love to travel light but sometimes I can't. For example, in my upcoming travel I have to bring along the training material for the participants, their pre and post tests, as well as certificates. So I paid for the check-in luggage fee for going, but not on return. I have to minimize my training gadgets as I'm thinking of using my smaller luggage instead of my normal red luggage for all that documents. Small, compact but will definitely be very heavy. That leaves no room for my clothes and laptop. If only I can pack my laptop in it and bring it on board. It will be too heavy for me to bring a carry on  that contains my clothes AND laptop since my carry on doesn't have wheels. Or do I use my normal red luggage and check in the documents with my clothes? Hmmm... I can't decide yet before seeing the bulk of the documents I have to carry.

My normal traveling luggage plus training gadgets

Love this carry on bag but not when I have to carry heavy things.
Handbag for work
As for clothes, since this will be a 3 days 2 nights trip alone, it will be very easy. For longer trips I must consider casual outfit for evening or night outing, or workout. For 3d2n trips, 2 sets of working clothes, a pair of shoes, a long kaftan for sleeping, my travel telekung, toiletries and underwears. I'm thinking of bringing a cotton jubah just in case I wanted to go out at night. Very unlikely but who knows. Sometimes my participants insist.A small towel can be handy also. This time I'll be staying at a homestay instead of hotel since it will be nearer to my training place. Which means, there'll be no room service. So either I eat out, eat bread or cook something. A long kaftan is very useful since my traveling telekung is quite thin. I prefer to wear long kaftan instead of a night gown for better covering during prayers. If I'm staying at a hotel, I'll be comfortable and look decent when I just put on my tudung over the long kaftan whenever I ordered for room service or the maintenance guy need to check on something.
Comfortable long kaftan
A versatile cotton jubah - can be formal or informal wear
A nice airy and comfy palazzo :)
For the plane ride, I'm thinking a palazzo and blouse. I almost never wear jeans nowadays. If it is too hot and sweaty, I don't feel like wearing the jeans again without washing. Packing it during return trip would be quite bulky. So a palazzo is my choice. It is thin, light weight and easier to dry if it is washed. I need to carry my working handbag and a small carry on that will fit my laptop and other essentials like chargers, small water bottle, a shawl for when it gets cold in the flight, some snacks and an umbrella. I consider umbrella my training essentials since even a short distance might be impossible under a pouring rain. So as not to waste time, I'd rather be hassled to carry the extra weight of an umbrella rather than get stuck in the rain. Been there done that. Rain and asthma doesn't go hand in hand either. So it is a must-have for me. Maybe next time I'll talk about packing for holiday trips. For now, its work, work, work so I can have the dough for next holiday :)

Mode M

Last night I slept late so this morning kepala ada sikit ting tong. Add to that a cloudy morning, maka terbentuklah Mode M in the capital, bold and flashing red if that's possible.

Sometimes we have to perform our best regardless of situation or circumstances. Kisah pasal rezeki yang mungkin tak menjadi haritu, InsyaAllah telah ditetapkan Nya, saya yang punya :) Flight ticket pun dah dibeli.

Since hubby pun ada macam2 urusan sendiri, nampak gayanya tak jumpa hubby for 8 days. Kalau kira harini yang bersemuka pagi tadi jer, 9 days. Sigh! Bila hubby takder, mode M bertambah sebab semangat berkurang. Have to consciously force myself to cook rice, and whip up anything quickly so tak kelaparan and sakit kepala. Have to force myself to focus on work rather than staring into space or watch TV (peralatan untuk melupakan sekejap kebizian, keboringan & segala macam situasi).

Masa untuk menyidai kain & think hard on what to cook. For the past few days, meals yang berlemak dan bersantan. Have to think of healthier meals today.

Empty or Full Fridge?

Do you prefer empty or full fridge?

Under normal circumstances I like both. When it is empty, it means I managed to use all my purchases and cook up a storm in my kitchen. And sometimes when I thought it is empty, or more accurately described as... emptying, I managed to hold for 2-3 more days as there are always some thing that you can use in a meal. For example, that 2 small pieces of chicken, few pieces of meat and a carrot can end up a tomyam or goreng kunyit with long beans or simple soup with potato or masak kicap, or sambal daging or condiments for fried rice and the possibilities are endless. We also have some supply of vege like daun turi, pucuk ubi, ulam pegaga and ulam raja as backup. Note: I am most of the time either cooking for one or two.

When my fridge is full, imagine the possibilities. Yesterday around 5, I was on my way back from collecting my book voucher, stopped at the market after the quick rain and bought few things that costs around RM80. That will last us a looonnnng time. A kilo of meat, about a kilo each of 2 types of fish, half a kilo prawn, RM12.50 worth of vegetables and a kilo of coconut milk. It pours again the moment I reached home. Quickly kept all my purchases and whipped up ikan pari masak asam dengan terung and kailan goreng bawang putih. Yummm... When I cook in the evening, I normally have enough left overs for next day lunch. I had just that for lunch today. Now I'm wondering what to cook with that full fridge. Takder idea... takder idea.... takder idea.... takder idea... I think I'm more creative when the fridge is emptying and I'm too lazy to go to the market :p

Under not so normal circumstances, for example when I want to travel and the house will be vacant for few days, I prefer empty fridge just in case we have power outage problem. Returned home to spoilt goods 3-4 times already since we stayed here. When I'm busy, I prefer full fridge so instead of worrying about buying food, I can just quickly whipped up something. Anything will do as long as I can keep from getting hungry when I'm busy with work.

Rain or Heat?

Rain is a respite from the heat that has been felt this past few days... weeks...  I don't know whether to say we're experiencing rainy season because we can go for few days with heavy rain and then extreme heat. But when it rains, it pours. For the past few days, it has been cloudy and heavy rain in the late afternoon, so much so that KL was submerged in flash flood two days ago. The media called it inter-monsoon season. Yeah I remember learning about it in primary school too. However, there were years when you don't notice the heat or rain too much but this year, it can definitely be felt. I consider ourselves lucky it didn't rain during our East coast holiday trip recently. And the weather forecast said it will continue till early May. I hope it's true because we have another holiday in late May insyaAllah. I've completed 2-rounds of laundry this morning. I wish I can do more rounds since the clothes has been piling on. When it is hot, I changed clothes more often. Then it rains... and I don't like doing my laundry when it rains despite having shelter to dry the clothes. Without sunshine, the clothes doesn't feel nice and crisp when it dries. I don't have much space on the drying rack anymore so I have to be contend with 2-rounds of washing. I pulled the drying rack on to the grass to get as much sun as possible since the afternoon didn't look very promising. For a few seconds just now, it's cloudy and I thought it is time to bring the drying rack back under shelter. The sun is shining again now so might as well enjoy it while it lasts.

The Passing...

Last Sunday, arwah Mak Itam passed away after having a fever. She's a relative from hubby's side. I didn't go to her funeral but really mourn her loss. I remember visiting her with MIL for the first time and she stared at me for a long time. She must be wondering who I was before MIL interjected and said I'm her daughter in law. I didn't managed to visit her with hubby during the first two Raya we're married. But afterwards, we visited her without fail every Raya and I will never forget her kindness.

When hubby reached home yesterday , he also shared the news of my BIL's BIL who also passed away. BIL's BIL was still very young. BIL got married early last year and I remember his in-law's family when attending their wedding. Al-Fatihah to both. While we mourn the loss of dear ones, we must also remember our clock is ticking. We will never know when our time will come. Young or old, it doesn't really matter. Sometimes, we prayed death for our loved ones to end their pain and misery from illness, sometimes we will be surprised a healthy and young ones will also passed away for so many reasons as Allah has ordained from the day we're born.

Am I ready to meet Him? Am I ready to lose hubby? I have no answer. My prayer is for me and my loved ones to meet Him free from sin, have loved ones who will pray for us, and that we leave something behind that will help others so we will benefit in the other life as well. I'm far from ready to meet Him. Every day I'm struggling for His blessings. Everyday I try to please hubby as pleasing my husband is a way to please Him. Some days I feel I succeeded while some days I feel I don't. Alhamdulillah I still woke up the next day so I can try again. Don't anybody dare say I'm oppressed as this is part of my religion and I embrace it for Allah's pleasure.

This life is about preparing for the next life. Allah also said to enjoy His bounties on earth: food, beautiful places, love, human sufferings, so we will be more thankful and be reminded of His power and glory. May I have time to explore the beauties in this world and have time to be a good servant to Him.

May arwah rest in peace and Allah blessed her soul.

You know election is near when...

Your opinion suddenly matters. And they started self praise of how good they have been. You don’t have to TELL how good you were. Just SHOW it and I'll be more convinced.

Knick knacks...

I told hubby I'm feeling much better than last night. Indeed I am. But still every inch of my body needs to be knead and massage. Sigh! I'm too tired to go anywhere today though. My osim foot massager has been very helpful.

Yesterday I have a 1-day training, co-conducting with another trainer and yet my feet were painful. The joints, the thigh muscles, the calves, the sole... I repositioned myself many times in bed last night trying to find a comfortable angle so my body can have its rest. Does that mean I have been out of practice after a long break or I need better shoes or I just need to find something else to do as my feet can't take standing for long hours anymore? What else can I do that will give me the flexibility of time and reasonable income for my needs? That requires a lot of soul searching.

There's also the short guilty feeling when my co-trainer mentioned about rezeki, big or small, it doesn't matter to him. Everything is important. I HAVE been complaining about the small travelling and lodging reimbursement for one training in my previous entry. But then again, I do feel justified in my reasonable demand since there really is a lot of work involved. Bukannya pergi lenggang kangkung jual air liur. If that rezeki is not meant for me, it is OK since that means others will benefit. If they can't agree to my request,  very likely the training akan jadi rezeki orang lain who doesn't mind. That thought makes me feel so much better.

I have a feeling that I don't have as many training offers compared to similar time period in previous years which I attributed to the upcoming general election. Maybe it's just me. Whatever it is, I have to be prepared for all possibilities. The total in my current account can hold for another 3 months insyaAllah. Emergency savings account, another 3 months. Other savings, hopefully I won't have to go there.

That's what I normally do since I stopped working full time. That is, evaluating my financial situation on worse case scenario. How long can current standard of living hold without new income and stuff like that, which will give signals of whether I should worry and implement contingency plans or not. The way I'm living my life now is much like in 4-hour Work Week. Just that I don't work 4-hours a week. More like few days in a month, or about 2-3 months in total in a year. Whoever wishes to retire young SHOULD read this book.

I am thinking of alternatives to what I'm doing now. Something which is more nationwide and global reach. Hoping for great revelation from Him, who gives rezeki, knowledge and barakah. Aamiinn...

Dilemma of a Trainer

Associate company nak bagi $400 jer untuk accommodation and travelling to Merang??? That's in Terenggganu OK. Sejam jer lagi dah boleh sampai KB.Grrr... sabar jer lah. Dah ler trainer's fee at minimum. Logik ler sikit kut yer pun.

I'm supposed to be busy now but need to membebel here sekejap. According to government's standard mileage claim of 0.70/km for private consultant, to and fro my house - Merang, will come up to about $700. Itu pun sebab tol tak berkira sangat. Plus hotel +/-$200 per night, dah $400 untuk 2 malam.

If I forgo this, means have to forgo 2-days fee tapi lebih berbaloi dari dengar hubby membebel... drive jauh2 sorang2, imagine 7 hours drive after training ends at around 5 p.m. Not to mention hubby kena tinggal lagi 2 malam. Unless, hubby boleh ikut but he'll be bored if hotel's internet connection is unreliable.

Associate company pun mungkin dapat tak seberapa but have to fight sikitlah to maintain standard rate kan. Client ni kalau boleh dia nak semurah mungkin tapi agak-agaklah sikit dah sama-sama cari makan kan.

Ok... back to work. Itu lah saja bebelan untuk hari ini dan kisah dilemma seorang trainer yang sepatutnya busy.

Swimming Lesson 2

Today is my second swimming class. Alhamdulillah this time I didn't accidentally breathe in water through my nose so for the first time, I didn't sneeze when I got into a swimming pool. Yeayyy... I did accidentally breathe in water through my mouth though. Yuck... that makes me cough and not so good with my breathing after that. Need to improve on that one next. No accidentally breathe in water either through nose or mouth.

However, I did better kicking. My bottom didn't submerged as much compared to my first class. I just need the stamina to kick longer. Now asyik pancit jer. Breathing pun mencungap after coughing, thigh muscle terasa uncomfortable after a while. Probably need to be more graceful just like when I went diving. Impatient to get better at swimming. Chaiyok! Chaiyok!
