Sinful Indulgence

I speak too soon about declaring myself off ice in my food. How can I resist this? Yummy... I love coconut and yam flavored ice cream. To combine the two is totally irresistible. Ooohhh... the milky taste of the ice-cream, sprinkled with pounded peanuts or almond, sedaapppp!!!







The outcome of this sinful indulgence..... I'm suffering now. My whole body is aching and feeling so miserable. It was indescribable. Its like nothing I can do to make myself feel comfortable. Duduk salah, berdiri salah, baring pun salah :( Tu lah. Makan tak ingat dunia. At least now I know what causes it. Previously I was clueless and on top of feeling miserable, worried as to what could cause it.
