Definitely a new beginning for me not just because of the new year. And this year, I can wait for the countdown with hubby :)
Our initial plan is to celebrate at KLCC with a movie as a starter. But there's no movie that interests me at all. There were quite a number of horror movies which is a big NO for me. We finally ended up at home. Still hoping to see the fireworks, we walked to a nearby field. There were quite a number of people with the same plan it seems. But, we only managed to see the tip of the fireworks at KLCC and the leftover smoke. A lot of building and trees obscuring our view.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed hubby's company and the anticipation of the fireworks. Hopefully we can have better view next year.
Happy New Year 2009 and may the year brings better opportunities for a better life.
