Alhamdulillah I felt so thankful to be blessed with a comfortable home here, not very far from Putrajaya. There are so many sports event around the area. It is our choice which to go to, or whether we want to join the activities in the first place. I've been nursing sore throat and cough for the past few days. I did everything I could so it would not turn into bad asthma situation. TQ Allah for granting me health. I felt much better yesterday. I wanted to cycle in the evening but it was really windy, dark and there were rumbling thunder in the sky. The atmosphere make me wheezed so I did not manage to ride. I wasn't sure if I wanted to join KUD ride in Putrajaya today but after talking it out with hubby, decided to go for it. Hubby went for a long distance ride.

| At the starting line... |
There's a TnT session of course with my aversion to hills. Anyway there were times when I can breathe clearly and I can feel the air fill my lungs. There were days where I don't feel like I get enough air unless I breathe through open mouth and throat. There were days where I can't feel enough air gets into my lungs no matter what I do. Today, it is the second situation. Hence, on uphill pressure I would rather walk and tolak my bike rather than kill myself. More than 25km ride today... Alhamdulillah for the health to be able to do this. I use the registration of a group member who has registered but can't attend the event. So I am not a ghost rider today :) I have my goodie bags and meals and opportunity for a lucky draw. No luck yet despite 100 prizes being given away and 5 of them bicycles. All in all it was great that I decided to join the event. Need to build up my stamina like all the cycling sifus and otais :)
