My Movie Marathon

I didn’t make it. The Ikano/Curve/Tesco outing planned today. It rains while I was drying my hair. I don’t mind the going out. It is the coming back that concerns me. What if the rain didn’t stopped? There’ll be traffic jam, possible flash flood at Jalan Sg. Buloh area, and God knows what else. OK! That’s just an excuse. A valid one though.

Remember last Friday it was raining cats and dogs? The jam was terrible and I was stuck in it while urgently needing to go to the bathroom. I mean really, really urgent. Must be due to the ABC I had earlier. I was even thinking of stopping by the roadside in the middle of city center, open up two car doors and I can do my business in between the open doors while holding two umbrellas. For the top and front (or between the two doors if you got what I mean). Seriously... it was that bad. The rain was so heavy that nobody would bother looking. Luckily I didn’t have to resort to that. I found a petrol station after about 40 minutes I think. You just can’t imagine the feeling of relief. Aaahhhhh.....

Anyway, I managed to get my supplies for smoothies at the nearest J-One today and continued my movie marathon from the weekend.

  1. The Pacifier – surprisingly entertaining and I suddenly find bald man attractive.
  2. Bewitched – Nicole Kidman is really sweet and adorable.
  3. Princess Bride – so romantic and funny...
  4. Sweet Home Alabama – no chemistry between Reese Witherspoon and her two men
  5. 13 Going on 30 – really funny, a reminder that geek can turn out to be a hunk or just someone nice and the hunk could turn out to be a looser.
  6. Shall We Dance – now, where can I learn ballroom dancing? Richard Gere has one of the sexiest smile :p
If there’s nothing interesting tonight, I might continue with my movie marathon. I haven’t watch this many movies even for the whole year last year. These are among the few movies I missed watching when it is showing.
