Hello everyone, I'm a waterholic! I have six 500 ml mineral water bottles near my computer table and I can drink all of them in a day. That is 3 liters of water per day and does not include the tea or Milo I have for breakfast and the water taken after meals. With that amount of water consumed, I'd thought I have nothing better to do than run to the loo every hour but that isn't so. With a body frame of about 5.3 feet in height and 115 pounds heavy, I wonder where all the water went. I did not sweat that much either. Who can sweat just by sitting in front of our notebook the whole day? Unless my notebook is absorbing water from my body and that is a scary thought.
Is there such a thing as too much water?

This really is frightening. Yes I do feel a bit dizzy sometimes and the day before I suddenly feel limp and lifeless; I only want to lie down and do nothing. But how do I stop drinking too much water when my lips feel dry and my tongue feels so parched as if I haven't drink any water the whole day.
