Sangat2 tak produktif for the past few days. Either too tired or pening or lower abdominal pain or all of the above. Since jerebu, mula batuk2 sikit and start rasa sakit bawah perut. Bila puasa OK sikit bab pening and nausea tu tapi bila tak puasa lapar sikit jer rasa nak muntah.
Kena kuatkan semangat untuk bergerak time pening2 and lembik ni. I can still eat and that is a good thing. Nausea only cause urge to throw up without really purging everything I've eaten. I'm lucky in that area so far. Tapi bila urge tu datang, penat rasanya. Not to mention it will push lower abdomen so risau juga bila ada painful uterus
Sangat2 tak berminat untuk memasak sebab takder idea. Bila google for ideas ada bahan2 yang takder. Contohnya ada udang. Tapi nak masak lemak dengan nenas, nenas takder pulak and tak larat ke pasar. Beli lauk siap senang. Semalam beli 3 lauk baru $10. Kadang-kadang lebih sikit bergantung pada apa yang diambil.
Ada training sehari 2hb nanti. Hopefully things run smoothly. Lepas tu memang kena take a break and see how thing goes. Kalau larat and pregnancy OK boleh berlasak sikit, I would love to conduct more training. Bolehlah create buffer banyak sikit. Right now outstanding payments boleh bertahan for 5 months but I definitely need more sampai berpantang nanti without having to dig into emergency and savings stash. So hopefully I'll be well enough to conduct few more local training. I'd rather not do outstation training right now.
Susu dah habis. No energy untuk keluar sekarang. I seem to have more energy dalam pukul 4 ke atas. Time for rest now. Rasa lapar and nausea again.
