Last Wednesday hubby temankan check up di hospital sambil bawa dokumen tender untuk dibaca. Major decision to make today if found necessary. Appointment was at 8 and we're on time. Tak lah lama sangat menunggu by government hospital standard. Yang lama menunggu masa nak ambil ubat. Bila dipanggil masuk, mula2 hubby tak ikut but I texted him when i saw a male doctor in the room. Tak pernah kena male doctor di hospital ni before this. Hubby waited outside till scan time. I asked if hubby could watch and the doc said he could. For this pregnancy, this is the first time hubby watched the scan. Sebelum ni pernah ikut buat scan kat klinik but he didn't watch. The male doctor called a female doctor for vaginal scan, to check cervical length and whether cerclage is necessary. They also took tissue samples, urine and blood test.
Told the doctor I still have nausea and vomiting. Sebab tu dia nak buat test macam2 sebab dah 2nd trimester sepatutnya tak rasa macam tu lagi. Kalau doktor perempuan mungkin dia tak kisah sangat sebab ada jer yang alami sampai 4 atau 5 bulan or full pregnancy duration. Bagus juga dia nak buat test2 tu semua. Another reason, to check for infection coz they don't think previous miscarriage due to weak uterus but infection. Subsequent check up every 2 weeks untuk check cervical length and I'm required to do buku merah either at government clinic or private. As long as there's record. Dulu memang strict nak buku merah but now they accepted any record even from private. Bagus juga. Tak ler sesak sangat government clinic kalau camtu. I would like to do my check up at government clinic as it is said to be more thorough tapi kalau bangun tidur pening2 then kena beratur lagi, private jer lah jawabnya. I've been to specialist for 13 weeks last time kan and check up nyer sama jer. This time kalau pergi private pun, buat di clinic biasa jer kut. I only have till 28th to decide before my check up. Kalau tak buat nanti kena marah dengan doctor pulak.
Doctor macam tak nak bagi jer MMT syrup untuk angin dan elak muntah. My biras yang suggest. He prescribed to me eventually. Leceh gak sebab to be taken an hour before meal or 2 hours after. Bukan ikut time sangat perut ni bila2 dia nak lapar. Dah ambil pun still burping. Tak rasa kurang. I drank only sips of water when thirsty sebab dah few times muntah air. As a result, dry cracked lips and painful urination macam nak kena infection jer. That night took ural. Then makan roti sebab perut rasa lapar dan kosong sangat. Bad move. Ural tu jadi macam carbonated drinks bila dah campur air. At the last morsel of bread, terus muntah and berlari ke dapur. Mula2 dapat tahan tapi ada second purging terus berlambak atas baju, lantai dapur, tersembur kat tepi fridge and kitchen cabinet and I slipped on my vomit. Eewwww... Nasib baik jatuh slow motion. Called hubby. Dia tolong angkat and I immediately hit the shower dekat bilik air dapur. Hubby tolong kemaskan lantai. Sian hubby. I was still purging in the shower. Teruk betul. Dah kosong perut, sebelum tidur makan lagi roti 2-3 suap untuk alas perut. Terpaksa demi baby. Early morning terbangun, makan lagi 2-3 suap. Nasib baik boleh masuk roti walaupun after muntahkan roti. Kalau tak, memang tak der pilihan lain. Wish my situation improve after 4 months. Dah lama tak rasa normal. Perut sentiasa lapar sebab makan tak seberapa, kalau terkenyang pun perut rasa tak selesa, kepala berat, mual dan loya, lidah ni makan apa pun nacam ada masam after taste. Energy jangan cerita lah. Mampu pandang jer habuk dan rumah tak berkemas.
Baby bump dah nampak. Kali ni rasa tummy lebih besar. Doktor cek pun dia kata macam dah 18 weeks. Well... must be due to few fibroid. Size baby pun berapa cm jer. Fibroid pulak various sizes sampai ada yang 5 cm. Doctor will monitor jer sebab tak ganggu baby. Malam tadi rasanya ada terasa movement baby. 4-5x tendang belah kiri. First few times sama jer timing. I thought is this how it felt bila baby hiccup? The last one out of rhythm and terus stop lepas tu. So probably not hiccup, just tendang2 jer :)
