The ferry trip this time was very fast. We boarded the ferry around 5.45 am and reached Salang by 7.30 am. We had breakfast and then managed to get our room early. This time 2 SILs and family joined the trip. 15 of us altogether. 1 SIL borrowed my swimsuit when I was at the hospital. She complained that it was quite big she had to stitch the legs. I just thought I was bigger than her. When she returned the swimsuit, I didn't check assuming everything was OK. Only when I wanted to wear it I noticed what she meant. The black pieces has become so loose that it would be impossible to swim in it. Even walking around was not comfortable at all. She let me borrow her long swimming trunk that I wore on top of the swimsuit pants to hold the inner black pants in place. Thank God for that as I didn't bring any backup of suitable clothing for swimming.
Time for a new swimsuit. If I'm not mistaken I bought the swimsuit in 2009. Dah puas berjasa.

The Demise of My Note 2
It was a beautiful day. Everything seems perfect and my Note 2 in it's waterproof case took lots of photo during our round the island trip. We've been to Tioman several times, island hopping, snorkelling and diving but never round the island. That day we braved choppy water from Salang to Juara and Asahan waterfall. Afterwards, back to the West side of the island. Stop for lunch, and several stop for snorkelling. Renggis water, despite a bit of current, not as bad as the time I drifted away during our previous visit. As I was snapping pictures while in the water, I noticed half of the underwater casing filled with water :( Quickly get it out from the water and pour plain water on it. Dry it with towel and tissue and hope for the best.
Three days without phone as I was on the road. Then put the phone in rice container overnight once I reached home. Nothing when I tried switching it on the next day. So send it for repair and the 3rd day the technician said no hope. Sigh! I already bought Note 3 for replacement. If my Note 2 survive, I'd give it to hubby. Many photos were not backed up. Luckily I've backup baby's pic and videos in Dropbox.
I never plan for a new phone. So I wasn't as excited with the features and specs. I just wanted another Note and it didn't make sense if I bought another Note 2 when Note 3 is in the market.

The Hole in The Dry Bag
1st the swimsuit breakdown. Then the phone. And lastly and luckily I noticed a hole in our dry bag, at the bottom part where the bottom was sealed to meet the side part. So I carefully stored the dry bag in the boat. No harm and damaged to wallets and phones.
Anything else wants to breakdown? I was holding myself in check so I won't breakdown.
I love the amazing stars at night. I didn't let the phone incident spoil the holiday. It wasn't a perfect holiday but it was fine considering all the breakdown I was facing.
27-29 March... phone demise on 28th. New phone bought on 1st April.
