I found a very interesting sayings from http://66.98.138.31/~shagalot/ and have copied them below. There's also an interesting discussion in era.fm yesterday about destiny. One caller said a movie (i've forgotten the title) make him realized something... not his actual words but it goes something like this .. 'Your destiny may be presented to you in a silver platter, but nothing will happen unless you take action on the opportunities presented to you'. In his example, its the girl that he likes but never had the courage to tell her. Linda did asked him whether he's successful in winning the girl's heart after telling her how he feels but he said that is his secret. Sigh! I'd love to hear how it turned out.
I've known a few similar cases in my univ. days. I knew because I have so-called a spy on the guys side :) The guys, though really like the girls, never said anything (control macho konon) and then got frustrated when the girls got married. Not their fault right! They never knew about your feeling guys so you all are never in their list of guys to be seriously considered. If you can't bring yourself to tell them your feelings, then they really are better off without you in their life.

Sunflower gives the connotation of cheerfulness, bright, jolly, merry... you get the idea! However, if any content in this blog didn't fit the cheerfulness implied by its name, look at it this way... I'm putting down all the wretchedness, gloom, melancholy feeling in here so I can continue living up to the expectation of making the association to the sunflower.
