The story of our life... have you ever given it a thought? When do you have it easy and when it is not?
- Childhood...I remember it wasn't easy for me when I was in Std 6.
- Teen... everybody has some issues during their teens. My parents were divorced when I was in form 2.
- Education... Looking back, it has been relatively easy for me from primary school right up to my first degree. Scholarship, financial assistance, my grades.
- First job... not bad considering it's during recession time.
- Working life... I know what I want, I am doing what I love most.
- Single life... I've had my heartaches but it gets easier with acceptance, hobbies and appreciating myself. I know of a friend whose life mission is finding a life partner. I thought I'd be miserable if that is the sole purpose of my existence.
- Finding 'the one'... it wasn't easy. I thought there is no 'the one' for me.
- Getting married... difficult is an understatement
- Married life... love conquers all
- Family life... we're still trying.
Sunflower gives the connotation of cheerfulness, bright, jolly, merry... you get the idea! However, if any content in this blog didn't fit the cheerfulness implied by its name, look at it this way... I'm putting down all the wretchedness, gloom, melancholy feeling in here so I can continue living up to the expectation of making the association to the sunflower.
