The Single Guy vs The Married Guy

Sometimes when I'm bored, I'd chat on Ymsgr. Last time, I would never chat with a married guy. In my opinion their time is better spent with their family. But then, single guys or those pretending to be single only want to ask you out. So I thought a platonic virtual friendship with a married guy is better. They are honest with their status in the first place so surely a friendship is possible.

There is a possibility for me to meet the people I know from chatting but only if they are interesting enough and we have forged some kind of a friendship. To reach that level, there must be some common interest other than two bored people with nothing better to do so they try meeting each other to see if they can get un-bored together. Not many would take the effort of forging the friendship first. And some... sigh!
