The beginning of the journey starts here.
This is where we begin.
Look... my feet... my feet... proof that I was really there :D
We have 4 kayaks and I'm lucky I can rely on my guide, Izam, to ensure I have a smooth ride. The water is shallow in some parts and he has to get down to push our kayak through.
The whole group consists of Francis, Izam, a sweet Chinese lady who wants to remain annonymous and a wonderful German couple, Karl Heinz and Karla with their two sons Sebastian and Alex.
Alex has taken a keen interest on bamboo and here he is seen trying to
I'm hoping to see the more traditional bridges but this would do for now.
An interesting looking tree. Francis has shown the photo of this tree in his blog. How I envy him for being able to do this whenever he fancies them.
Our ending point. How I wish it would never end.
This is a view I would remember always. I was the last to get out from the water. Wish I can stay longer and kayak further. At that time I still couldn't feel the aching parts all over my body :D
I might write more on this when my body feels better. For now this will do since I can't wait to share this wonderful experience in my blog.
More on this adventure here. Francis promises me more stories and photos to come.

Glad that you enjoyed the experience.
Ezam said that you did well as a beginner but perhaps a little too well; hence the aches and pains! ;)
I think so too lah Francis. Should have takin Ezam's offer to sit back, relax and let him do all the work ;)
