Finally, I can get connected using my TM Net account after 3 weeks. I was too lazy to make a report last time and just use my jaring connection. But I decided to email them at support@tm.net.my to report my problem on the 1st of December (last monday). I did not get any reply until today. Fedup waiting, I called their customer support at 1-300-88-1515 and the problem was solved in less than 10 minutes. I wonder now who is manning the support@tm.net.my email address? Based on the questions asked when I called them, I've given the same details in my email. So what is their problem?
If you go to this address http://isp.tm.net.my/dial1515/dial1515.shtml, you'll be able to see somewhere in the page saying "Customers can call TM Net Customer Interaction Center at 1-300-88-1515 or email to support@tm.net.my for any enquiries."
I prefer email as I don't feel like pushing so many buttons when you call most support center, and then being greeted by unenthusiastic person at the end of the line. However, I consider myself lucky this time to be getting a nice and helpful someone at the end of the line. Sorry I don't really get your name. My problem is solved now. But I'll forever be wondering who is manning that support email address.
