Latest from Maybank2u.com

Sigh! Why does this has to happened when you need to use something. See the latest notice from Maybank2u.com. It may have been around for several days now but I was just informed about it by my brother.

Please be advised that due to our system maintenance, Third Party Funds Transfer, eStanding Instruction and Interbank Fund Transfer (GIRO) services will not be available until further notice

The above notice is displayed on the first page after you login. From 'information dissemination' point of view, I'd like to point out several things.

When? The lack of notice date. Why? So people can't be sure how long the services are not available?

Why? System maintenance? Is there any problem with the system? Well.. they'd never tell us that of course.

How long? How long does the 'until further notice' means? Every time a system maintenance is done, customers are informed of the time period. Why not this one? With some time indication, I can decide whether to queue at the ATM or the counter to do my 3rd party account transfer, or wait until the service is back to normal again.
