The Ghost With Poor Comprehension Has Replied

The ghost manning support@tm.net.my has finally replied to my email on the 9th day. Refer this entry. What irks me is the person didn't bother reading my email properly. I have problem connecting to the internet, not email problem. Was I vague in my email? Sigh! Wonders upon wonders.

Incoming mail server: pop.tm.net.my

Outgoing mail server: smtp.tm.net.my

Account name: xxxxxxx



At the moment, there is nothing wrong with our Outgoing or incoming mail server. If you are unable to send or receive your mails, we highly suggest you reset your PC and your modem, waiting 5 minutes before turning them back on again. This practise clears the computer memory and refreshes the computer hardware.



For your information, you can also access your TMnet email via web-based mail which is http://webmail.tm.net.my . Simply key in your email name and select @tm.net.my

Hi,



I've been having problem connecting to TM Net (1515) since the third week of November if I remember correctly. It keeps giving me "username and password incorrect in domain" error message. If it has been incorrect, then how can I receive my emails, log in to TM Net Web Mail and also login to http://isp.tm.net.my/support? This has always happen before but it will be fine the next time i log in or the next day without me having to do anything. But this time, it has continued for about 2 weeks. What's wrong? How can this be fixed?
